One monthly fee per park, up to 300 bookings a month. Above that we quote per park.
Every module. Nothing of ours in your guest emails or on your site.
The same modules for – less. Your guest emails and site footer carry one line about WhiteCaravan.
All prices exclude VAT, which is added on top.
The prices are just above: – a month per park, – with our line in your guest emails, and – a day for each connected device. The gate is – to buy or – a month over the season, plus – to fit.
No. It is – outright, or – a month billed over the seven months your park is open — – a year. Fitting is – either way, and a rented gate stays on site through the closed months at no charge.
Sometimes — it depends on the barrier. Send us the make and model and we will tell you whether we can drive it. If we can, you pay for the fitting and skip the hardware.
Anything electrical a relay can switch at up to 16 A — washing machines, dryers, sockets, lighting. HUUM saunas run through their own controller instead, so the heat setting comes from the booking. Water posts are switched and metered, so a guest pays for what they draw. Each device is – a day.
Neither. You pay by the month and stop when you like — and if you are stopping for the winter rather than for good, – a month keeps everything.
Both packages include 300 bookings a month, which covers every park but the largest. If yours is bigger, tell us your pitch count and roughly how many bookings a season brings, and we will quote you a price. There is no per-booking surcharge — we agree a figure with you instead.
As soon as your payment account is connected, guests can book and pay. The gate can follow later — a park takes bookings perfectly well before the barrier is fitted.
Yes. Your Booking.com calendar feed syncs into the same calendar as your own bookings, so no night sells twice.
Bank link, card, Apple Pay, or cash on arrival. Online payments go straight into your own Maksekeskus or Stripe account — we never hold your money and take no share of it.
Every booking becomes a numbered invoice, and the month exports as CSV, Excel or a ZIP of PDFs — which is what most accountants ask for. A direct integration with a particular accounting package is something we build on request and quote per job.
Yes — Estonian, English, Russian, Latvian, German and Finnish out of the box.
