The booking that finishes while you sleep
A guest finds you at 23:40, picks a pitch, pays, and gets a gate link — with nobody at the desk. Here is the whole flow, step by step.
Most caravan arrivals are decided late. Someone is three hours down the road, the light is going, and they are looking at a phone for the next place with a free pitch. If booking with you means phoning during office hours tomorrow, they book somewhere else tonight.
Self-service booking is built for exactly that moment: a mobile page, real availability, card payment, and a confirmation email carrying the gate link — none of which needs a person on your side of the barrier.
What the guest does
- Picks dates and sees only the pitches that are genuinely free
- Chooses the pitch type they need — with power, without, tent or motorhome
- Pays by card through the gateway your park already uses
- Receives a confirmation, a receipt and a time-limited gate link
There is no app to install and no account to create. The flow is deliberately light, because it often has to work on one bar of signal in a lay-by.
What lands on your side
The booking arrives in the admin panel already paid, with VAT accounted for and the pitch marked occupied for those nights. Nothing gets re-typed into a spreadsheet, because there is no longer a spreadsheet.
The busiest booking hour of the season is usually one where nobody is working.
Manual control stays exactly where you need it. Walk-ins, the regulars who will always phone, a group that wants pitches four to nine side by side — enter those by hand and they land in the same ledger as everything else.

Open the gate without a front desk
Every booking gets its own access link, live only for the nights it paid for. Guests arrive when they like; you read the log in the morning.

Edit your park’s words in plain language
Your local guide, your terms, your pricing rules — rewritten by asking for the change in a sentence, with a diff you approve before anything goes live.

A map of your park guests can actually read
Drag your real pitches, paths and water taps into place once. The same map then answers "where is the shower?" for every guest who arrives after dark.
